Job Summary The Civil & Commercial Contracts Administrator (Contracts Administration Staff III) will be responsible for coordinating and conducting all activities related to the many stages of the contract lifecycle, beginning with proposal preparation and submission, to preparing, negotiating, administering, and closing out contracts. This position is responsible for successful contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. This role supports multiple Systems Groups as an integral team member, helping prepare and submit cost proposals, including coordinating and reviewing labor and ODC estimates, proposal terms, and other documents, as required. This role advises management of contractual rights and obligations, compiles and analyzes contractual terms, and develops recommendations to internal and external customers on how best to fulfill contractual requirements, successfully deliver Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), and abide by all regulatory and statutory obligations. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, onsite at our facility in Chantilly, VA. What You'll Be Doing
