Join Our Team as a Laundry Attendant!

At The Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront, we take pride in providing guests with a comfortable, spotless, and welcoming experience. Our laundry and housekeeping team plays an essential role in maintaining the quality and care our guests expect. We're looking for a part-time or full-time Laundry Attendant to help keep our linens clean, fresh, and ready to impress.

Located in the heart of downtown Rockford, The Embassy Suites is a contemporary all-suite hotel featuring 160 riverfront suites, on-site dining, meeting spaces, and modern amenities. Our team members are passionate about their work but also like to have fun-it's an "all hands-on deck" environment where everyone contributes to creating exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens to hotel standards
Collect and transport laundry from guest floors and housekeeping areas
Spot-treat stained items and ensure quality and cleanliness
Maintain a clean and organized laundry area and storage spaces
Support housekeeping team with linen distribution and inventory as needed

What We're Looking For

Dependable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Courteous and professional when interacting with guests and coworkers
Availability to work evenings and weekends
