Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)is adding a Research Assistant - Dieticianto the group atNYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Opportunity Details:

  • Provideadministrative supportto a senior group or executive including answering telephones, handling of correspondence, coordinating calendars, and scheduling meetings, conference calls, luncheons, etc. Maintains detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and logistics.
  • Serveas principle administrative liaison for all PAGNY assigned projects. Overseeand coordinatethe provision of administrative and staff services to the Research Director, Executive Leadership, site investigators, and Sponsors, as required.
  • IRB submission management of various Hospitalreport submissions. Management of Federal/State Agency submissions.
  • Monitorthe progress of research activities,developand maintainrecords of research activities, and prepares periodic ad hoc reports, as required by investigators, administrators, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and collect Clinical trialdocuments for Sponsors.
  • Ensure research training for all research personnel on new Research Trials/studies, as required. Participate in presentations, seminars, and conferences related to clinical research.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.
  • Attention to detail. Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be able to prioritize a variety of time sensitive tasks. Consistently display the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • $45 per hour*
