As a Americas Parts Program Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of the strategies related to localization of materials supply chain in the Americas region, logistics processes and fulfillment activities aligned to GTS business objectives. She/he will lead the initiation and execution of various supply chain & inventory regional localization programs on time and on budget, owning full lifecycle performance, cost, quality, and schedule, being supported by all required business functions through their representatives.

As a Americas Parts Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Execute against program strategy and build positive momentum and sustainable velocity towards key program milestones.
  • Define and measure program success metrics to drive business value
  • Ensure program priorities and solutions align with the organization's strategic direction
  • Work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and assigned project team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and schedule for new initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Responsible to define and maintains regular operating rhythms with program teams, programs' stakeholders and Senior Leadership
  • Drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the region to achieve better operational performance and cost savings
  • Own the fulfillment execution for the parts localized in the region

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain or business from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge and 4+ years of relevant experience with project and/or program management
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
  • Be able to travel domestically and internationally to visit suppliers or Baker Hughes locations
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving; ability to see the big picture
  • Fluent English
