HearingLife Onsite Senior Care (OSC) Division has a dedicated team who provides comprehensive hearing care for residents in Senior Living Communities. Our mission is helping more Residents hear better and live their best lives.

  • OSC is an entrepreneurial, high growth division with the goal of scaling nationwide
  • In less than 2 years, OSC doubling its multi-million revenue.
  • OSC secures service contracts with Senior Living Community leadership. As a next step, OSC's team seamlessly integrates with their health & administrative staff to implement turnkey, best in class hearing care at no incremental cost.
  • It is worth noting that the Senior Living Market (SLM) is booming: 1) SLM enjoyed 50% revenue growth in 10 years 2) By 2030, 65+ will number 72 million of the population (+10 million) and 30% are expected to require senior living solutions.

Job Title: Director of Business Development - Senior Living

Reports To: Head, HearingLife Onsite Senior Care Division

Location: Remote with up to 30% Travel (ideally East Coast)

The Salary range for this position is $110K-$120K base plus bonus/incentives.

The ideal candidate is a Business Development operator with a proven track-record of exceeding targets, having an entrepreneurial outlook, exceptional communication skills, and preferably a deep understanding of the Senior Living Market. This is a high-energy, high-upside role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to directly shape and expand HearingLife Onsite Senior Care's (OSC) national footprint.

The Director of Business Development - Senior Living will be responsible for the full lifecycle of an OSC Service Contract. This includes market intelligence, pipeline development, prospecting, discovery, closing a contract or securing meetings with Senior Living Community decision makers. You are expected to engage prospects with credibility, educating them on the benefits of addressing hearing loss and building authentic relationships. You would work closely with the OSC Head and cross-functionally with Operations, Providers, and Marketing.



Responsibilities

  • Build and Manage Robust Pipeline. Proactively identify, quality, prioritize, and contact high-potential prospects aligned with OSC growth objectives; maximize OSC existing database and tools.
  • Execute Multi-channel Outbound Campaigns. Deploy creative, persistent outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, phone, and industry events to engage targets.
  • Finalize OSC Service Contract. Complete service contracts for prioritized targets and/or seamlessly hand-off qualified prospects to OSC Leadership.
  • Build the Playbook. Learn and evolve OSC's outreach process into an organized, repeatable, well-defined approach for attacking the market.
  • Sales Pipeline Management. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system; provide OSC Head with regular progress reports to targets and market insights.
  • Relationship Building. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Senior Living Organizations, including administrators, directors of nursing, and other relevant stakeholders.

Market & Opportunity Analysis

  • Market Research & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential senior living communities as target clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the Senior Living market; potentially participate in relevant industry conferences and events to network and generate leads.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each senior living community and effectively communicate how OSC's solution can address their specific requirements.


Qualifications

  • Previous B2B prospecting or sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development or field sales, and sales pipeline management
  • Proven ability to conduct market analysis, build partnership pipelines, and manage due diligence processes.
  • Track-record of persistence, professionalism, and a process-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building internally & externally.
  • Preferred experience selling to Senior Living Communities and/or Hearing Care background
