Job DescriptionThe Global Product organization delivers the holistic product strategy for Visa and accelerates the seamless delivery of our products into markets. We are at the core of Visa's vision to be the best way to pay and be paid for everyone, everywhere. The Global Product Delivery team is a business level program management office responsible for successfully delivering on Global Product's priority objectives through superior execution of project and program management best practices. We collaborate closely with our Product teams and cross-functional colleagues across the organization. As a Director in the Global Product Delivery team, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of complex, high-impact programs. You will be instrumental in shaping the vision and operational framework of our product delivery processes, ensuring alignment with Visa's strategic objectives. Your role will involve steering large-scale initiatives, managing significant risk, and driving innovation in delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
