Marketing Consultant 1 - Contingent

Position Details:
Title: Marketing Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC

Project Details
This contactor will be supporting marketing teams responsible for processing and executing invitations for hundreds of events each year for the line of business. This individual will be coordinating and executing different types of marketing materials as well as coordinating approvals from stakeholders and compliance teams.

DUTIES
- Provide ongoing support for sponsorships which include marketing materials, logo distribution, and ads
- Liaison with internal design teams & stakeholders to develop marketing flyers, brochures, biographies, meeting agendas, etc.
- Coordinating approvals regulatory approvals

TOP SKILLS
- Ability and experience coordinating and executing different types of marketing materials
- Strong skills in design studio applications (MS design packages)
- Digital marketing/ platform understanding (mobile, social media)
- Strong relationship and collaboration skills within a large corporate entity
- Business-to-Business service experience
- Strong skills with MS office applications
