Pay Range: $111,132 to $153,484
Job Summary:

The Data Migration Manager will lead the design, development, and execution of our SAP and MES Data Migration Strategy. This role plays a critical part in our ERP transformation and requires deep expertise in SAP systems, data architecture, ad cross functional business processes. This position reports to the Manager S4 Solution and Delivery NA.


Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing data migration and integration phases of ERP projects.
  • Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong understanding in manufacturing, supply chain, shop floor, commercial, and financial operations.
  • Broad knowledge of SAP architecture and business functions, including master and transactional data objects across SAP modules (SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, FI and CO).
  • Hands-on technical experience with BODS, S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and Winshuttle.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience managing remote or dotted-line teams across multiple countries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and deliverables.
  • SAP implementation experience in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver agreed-upon outcomes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute the SAP and MES data migration strategy.
  • Collaborate with SAP and MES functional teams to document the data entity model.
  • Define scope and strategy for data migration objects for each rollout, aligned with the global template.
  • Lead and manage a team of Data Migration Experts.
  • Coordinate and oversee execution of test scripts for data migration validation.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for ETL processes (Extract, Translate, Load).
  • Implement robust data validation and reconciliation controls.
  • Ensure compliance with Hydro's Quality system, HSE regulations, polices and standardized operating procedures.
  • 50% travel required.
