Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $24 - $27 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

Key Responsibilities



  • Assemble a variety of standard and custom subassemblies using established procedures and engineering specifications.
  • Accurately fit, align, and adjust components to tight tolerances and precision fits.
  • Set up and test completed products to ensure they meet all specifications and customer requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of work performed and inspection results.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support or guidance as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes, product quality, and efficiency.


Qualifications & Competencies



  • Proven experience in precision assembly or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Skilled in multitasking, time management, and organization.
  • Quality-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Team-oriented attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
