Seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and support HR programs for their global business. This hybrid role (2-3 days onsite in Bedford, MA) requires 10-12+ years of hands-on HR experience and a BA/BS degree, preferably in Human Resources. Must have consumer products or Tech industry experience!

The Director will oversee the North America HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and Talent Acquisition, partnering closely with leadership to drive organizational design, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning during a time of growth and transformation. Key responsibilities include mentoring leaders, supporting recruitment and retention, fostering company culture, and managing change.

Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, executive presence, and experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) are essential. Candidates must demonstrate leadership in complex HR issues and excellent communication skills.

Requires a BA/BS degree, preferably with an emphasis in Human Resources or related discipline, and a minimum 10-12 years of relevant, hands-on practice and experience in the HR field. Comfortable making high-impact decisions in ambiguous situations, applying sound judgment grounded in data and experience. Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to organizational design and workforce planning.
