Accounts Payable Assistant

• Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with precision and efficiency
• Record and track daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices to ensure timely, error-free payments
• Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support month-end close and financial reporting activities
• Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (this role involves heavy numbers and invoicing work)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Wolfepack software a plus, but not required
