*Loan Processor - Position Summary* The Loan Processor is a key contributor in the mortgage lifecycle, responsible for managing loan files from origination to closing. This role demands precision, strong communication, and proficiency in Encompass LOS. The ideal candidate will have experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and paper loans, and will thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
*DKey Responsibilities* * Manage a pipeline of 20+ loan files monthly * Process various loan types: conventional, FHA, VA, and paper loans * Serve as the main contact for assigned Loan Officers * Ensure complete and compliant documentation * Perform daily pipeline tasks: reporting, dashboard updates, follow-ups * Coordinate internal operations for timely closings * Maintain regulatory compliance and data confidentiality * Meet SLAs and performance metrics * Participate in pre-funding bonus programs *eQualifications* * Minimum 3 years of loan processing experience * Proficient in Encompass LOS and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong understanding of FHA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience * Typing speed of 40+ WPM * Excellent communication and organizational skills *sPreferred Attributes* * Experience with paper loan processing * Bilingual/multilingual a plus * Positive, proactive, and reliable * Strong multitasking and client relationship skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
