Position: Investment Support Rep. - Non Licensed Location: On-site in Office in Denver, CO Pay: * $21/hour during contract * $25.96/hour upon potential full-time conversion - 520 Hour Contract to Hire = Roughly 3-4 Months Schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts starting at 6:45 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:15 AM for a 8-hour shift What You'll Do: * Support investors by processing transactions and answering account-related questions * Assist with purchases, redemptions, and exchanges over the phone * Help users navigate online account tools and troubleshoot website issues Must-Have Skills: * 1+ year in a customer-facing role (retail, food service, call center, etc.) * Career-minded with ambition to grow * Strong work ethic and self-management skills * Excellent problem-solving and resourcefulness * Compassionate, empathetic, and patient communication * High attention to detail Nice-to-Haves: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Experience with inbound calls, mutual funds, or financial services Training & Career Path: * Phase 1: * 8 weeks of foundational training * Phase 2: * 5-6 weeks with SIE licensing * Phase 3: 12-13 weeks leading to full-time hire consideration * Licensing: Series 6 and 63 required within 6 months of conversion * Growth: Opportunities for promotion or internal internships Work Environment & Perks: * On-site only until licensed and converted to full-time * Casual dress code (yes, jeans!) * Friendly, like-minded team culture * Unique perks like "Climb a Mountain Day" (yes, you get paid to hike!) * Parking Passes Important Dates: Blackout periods for time off include: * Jan 1-15, Apr 1-15, Memorial Day week, Jul 1-15, Labor Day week, Oct 1-15, Thanksgiving week, Dec 15-31 Ready to Apply?
