This role requires a "can-do" attitude, a willingness to take on new projects, and the ability to support both software and hardware (IOS devices, card readers, handhelds, etc.) as needed. * POS hardware and software support * Manage written documentation * Troubleshooting * Break-fix * Configurations * Change Management * Support escalated tickets and triage incoming issues Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
