*Credit Bureau Disputes Specialist - Hybrid*
*Location:* Greater Pensacola Area (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite) *Start Date:* November *Pay:* $16.07/hour * * *Schedule:* * Training (4 weeks): Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT * Post-Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CT *Join a Fortune 100 financial institution as a Credit Bureau Disputes Specialist and play a key role in ensuring accurate credit reporting and regulatory compliance. This is a non-phone, back-office role ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in financial services, dispute resolution, or administrative support.* *What You'll Do:* * Investigate and resolve credit bureau disputes, including identity theft cases * Process disputes related to mortgages, consumer loans, credit cards, and student loans * Use systems like E-Oscar, CBC Innovis, Atlas, and LendKey to manage cases * Research member credit history and update records accurately * Ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Metro 2 guidelines, and internal policies * Identify and escalate potential fraud or abuse patterns *What We're Looking For:* * Experience in financial services, dispute resolution, or strong administrative experience * *High attention to detail and accuracy* * *Ability to work independently in a production-based environment* * *Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills* * *Familiarity with credit bureau processes and systems is a plus* *Why Apply?* * Work with a respected Fortune 100 company * No phone work - 100% computer-based * Supportive training and onboarding * Opportunity to contribute to meaningful financial operations * Hybrid schedule with work-life balance *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.07 - $16.07/hr.
