Key Responsibilities: * Train directly under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership. * Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching and CRM tools. * Provide exceptional customer service while managing warm leads from multiple sources. Qualifications * Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles. * Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person). * Outgoing, competitive, and motivated by growth and performance.
