Provides customer satisfaction through day-to-day account support, problem identification and full resolution. Works with minimal supervision and is accountable for researching, processing, data entry, requesting pricing corrections and support to accounts within department operations. Has knowledge of internal systems SAP and SFDC, analysis, research and contract compliance. Reviews and reconciles discrepancies/items from exception reporting and is responsible for assisting in extensive research to resolve customer and manufacturer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong Customer Service
  • Demonstrates subject matter expert knowledge of assigned accounts and departmental systems, including SAP & SFDC.
  • Accurately prepares and loads all contract information regarding Customer issues information.
  • Customer and Manufacturer management through research, reconciliation and processing results of control/exception reports, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of contract reporting and processes.
  • Perform research, reconciliation and resolution of all manufacturer and/or customer account issues within established service level agreements (SLA), fee-for-service agreements (FFS) and SOX requirements
  • Catalyst in researching an extensive number of contract issues and processes results of discrepancy resolutions.
  • Supports Team Lead and management in extensive interactions with internal/external customers, communicating effectively (written and oral).
  • Maintains good customer/supplier relations to enhance customer satisfaction and process improvement.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a team or own accounts. This includes expert knowledge and accountability of accounts. Recognizes trading partner habits, trends and needs; research and analyzes problems; make decisions; execute resolutions and assures the quality of work.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with McKesson Health System (MHS) Support Services, MCFS Finance and Accounting, Field Account Managers, Health Systems Coordinators, Sales Administrators and any other internal customers requiring Contract Administration services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years related business experience in Customer Service, Accounting, Financial, or Wholesale Drug industry.

Critical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience should involve transactional processing, monitoring customer compliance, problem-solving, research and analysis.
  • Proven track record in successfully maintaining key accounts, as well as research and analysis capabilities.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $27.98 - $46.64
