Part-Time Bilingual Greeter

SUMMARY

Responsible for greeting clients at the retail and kiosk locations and performing additional clerical work and customer service. Helps clients complete forms and applications to begin the screening process.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 2 pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets all clients pleasantly and with courtesy;

Manages all communications with customers and escalates complex issues to the manager;

Provides optimal level of client services and maintains professionalism to resolve all client issues;

Maintains a clean and welcoming environment;

Assists with administrative tasks;

Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, required

One (1) year of related work experience, required

Bilingual, Spanish and English, required

SKILLS

Good interpersonal skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Strong multitasking skills

Ability to work independently
