This position is responsible for: Providing financial guidance and analysis as part of a cross-functional team consisting of members from Sales Operations, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain Management responsible for developing national and regional incentive programs for the US Retail Market. Delivering incentive cost estimates, in-market net margins, month-to-month incentive variance explanations, Business Center incentive reports, and financial support for Executive Governance agendas. Performing various special studies as required. Maintaining and updating the incentives cost structure through monitoring and evaluating seasonal trends, program performance, and new incentive actions. Evaluating margin impact of incentive proposals and resulting net margin position. Performing analysis of estimated share and contribution impact associated with incentive proposals. Participating in or leading meetings with VP/Director and Senior Management personnel from multiple organizations. What You'll Learn: How incentive strategies impact profit margins and targets.
