Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sterile fill finish manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of aseptic techniques. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and compliant production of our products.

Compensation: $25.00 - 30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain sterile fill finish manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform aseptic filling, capping, and sealing of pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing areas and equipment.
  • Monitor and document production processes to ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
  • Assist in the preparation and sterilization of components and materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role within a sterile fill finish environment.
  • Knowledge of aseptic techniques and GMP regulations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
