Currently we are offering a $5,000 retention bonus for those hired to our team. Primarily responsible to plan, organize, direct homecare services. Experience in physical therapy with emphasis on community health education experience. The professional physical therapist builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for physical therapy services. Position: Physical Therapist - Start of Care (PT SOC) for Home Health Wage range: $90,500-$98,800 annually, depending on experience Service Area: Twin Cities Metro Area. Plus, mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile. Schedule: Full-Time / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (with 1 holiday rotation and NO ON-CALL & WEEKENDS!)
