The Minecraft team is looking for a program manager to lead and drive the timely delivery of the next generation game technology and foundations. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who has worked on large online services projects. You love bringing definition to complex technology projects and are an expert at navigating ambiguous spaces. Your technical expertise and attention to detail enables you to identify risks, drive development with predictability, and challenge how we work to continuously improve. Relationships and teamwork are important to how you inspire and lead the teams to deliver their best work. You are a team player that does what it takes with no ego. You also have an intolerance for mediocrity and are unafraid to take a stand on what you believe is right. ResponsibilitiesDrive definition and alignment of technology initiatives and projects with key stakeholders and teams. Author functional specs and documentation. Create schedules and milestones for technology initiatives and projects; Ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery.
