Job Summary This role serves as the primary technology business partner for North America commercial teams across Generics, Biosimilars, and Market Access and serves as a critical link between Global Technology and North America commercial business units, ensuring the effective delivery, implementation, and support of technology solutions. The position is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions, operationalizing systems, and ensuring seamless execution across commercial functions. The Associate Director will lead end-to-end solution delivery and IT operations, including deployment, system integration, and ongoing performance optimization. This role ensures that commercial, market access, and marketing teams are enabled through reliable, data-driven, and scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Position Location: This position is based at the Princeton, New Jersey, U.S. headquarters. Sandoz offers a flexible hybrid model that allows U.S. office-based employees to work remotely for up to 50% of their monthly workdays. This role is expected to be primarily site-based, and preference will be given to local candidates who do not require relocation. Major Accountabilities

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between [From Job Profile: $119,700 - 171,000 - 222,300] USD/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
