* Position Overview:*
As a Retirement Plan Services Associate, you'll support our Retirement Plan Services department by processing forms and transactions such as rollovers, internal transfers, and death certificates. This is a *back-office role* with minimal phone work, ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment. * Location & Schedule:* * Locations: Southfield, MI | Memphis, TN | St. Petersburg, FL (1 of these 3 locations) * Training: 8 weeks on-site * Post-training: Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days on-site) * Schedule: Choose 8:30 AM-5:30 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM * Must-Haves:* * *2+ years of recent experience* in financial services (retirement planning preferred) * OR * *Recent grads* with a Bachelor's in Finance (or related field) + some professional experience * CRM experience preferred (used to review info before processing) * Call center experience a plus * Strong *data entry skills* (high accuracy & speed) * Excellent *written and verbal communication* * Proficiency in *Microsoft Office Suite* * Ability to *multi-task across systems* using dual monitors * *Reliable attendance* - no upcoming time off during the first few months * Key Responsibilities:* * Process retirement-related forms and transactions * Respond to email inquiries * Ensure compliance with IRS regulations * Audit account activity and resolve discrepancies * Collaborate with internal departments * Stay up to date on retirement plan rules and procedures If you're ready to build your career in a supportive, professional environment with long-term potential, *apply today.* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
