About the team

  • Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.

  • The Ways of Working team supports our Worldpay Technology Services teams embracing a product mindset to drive value and operate as one Worldpay.

  • Worldpay has made a significant investment in ServiceNow; this role is to establish a new ServiceNow Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver new features, resolve defects and improve customer experience.

  • The ServiceNow team is currently undergoing an Agile transformation, making this a critical role for the organization.

What you'll own

  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the 1-2 agile teams using various tools, such as the team backlog and other information radiators.

  • Facilitate the scrum events and participate in Agile Release Train events.

  • Summarize Team PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.

  • Assist in tracking the execution of stories and defects.

  • Help manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments.

  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.

  • Drive relentless improvement via Retrospectives; assess the agility level of the teams and help them improve.

What you bring

  • Preferably have a working experience of 3-5 years.

  • Demonstrated Scrum Master experience in organizing, planning and executing highly visible projects from conception through implementation. Experience coordinating multiple teams in a technology environment.

  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to clients, vendors, senior management, and staff.

  • Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization.

  • Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.

  • Curious - You ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day.

  • Humble - You never stop learning, no matter how experienced you are. You create a culture where honesty and accountability are valued.
