Job Summary We are currently hiring an IHT Drivers Compliance Specialist for our Drivers team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure candidates are following all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including DOT and FMCSA standards, client requirements, as well as company policies. This role coordinates the preparation, review, and completion of regulatory and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. It also ensures we maintain our organizational reputation with our clients and adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Essential Duties
- Review and verify candidate documentation, and work with candidates to ensure compliance with DOL, DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Coordinate the preparation, submission, and completion of regulatory and compliance documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance records in accordance with client requirements, company policies and legal requirements.
- Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and text to obtain missing information or clarify documentation.
- Identify and correct errors in documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of compliant drivers.
- Accurately complete data entry into various company and third-party (VMS) systems, etc.
- Handle sensitive and confidential data in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
