Are you ready to
jump into a hands-on role where your attention to detail and teamwork make a real impact? Staffmark is seeking an Assembler to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Warsaw, IN.

Pay: $12.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:



  • Follow assembly instructions to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Assemble components by inspecting connections for proper fit and function
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Use tools and equipment responsibly to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Operate basic computer systems for job tracking and inventory



Qualifications:



  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required-willing to train the right person
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
