Safety Coordinator

Pay: Starting at $15/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on safety protocols, policies, and compliance standards
• Support the implementation of safety programs and workplace procedures to reduce risk and ensure OSHA compliance
• Lead safety training sessions for proper PPE use, emergency response, forklift/crane operations, and more
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure proper work practices
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain detailed records of safety trainings, inspections, and incident reports

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Excellent communication skills to effectively relay safety procedures across all levels of the organization
