Quality Clerk

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Clerk to support quality control operations at a busy manufacturing facility in Mt. Sterling, KY. Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update the Quality Manual and related QMS (Quality Management System) documents
• Organize and manage documentation, including scanning, filing, and record-keeping
• Perform daily quality activities such as dock audits and interoffice communications
• Communicate via email regarding material certifications, hold cage inventory, and vendor certifications
• Operate standard office equipment including computers, scanners, and printers
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure quality compliance
• Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively based on daily operational needs

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality-related or administrative support role
• Comfortable using computers and email for business communication
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with document control or quality systems is a plus
