We're looking for a Benefits Manager Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance professionalism with a people-first approach. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the go-to link between employees, managers, executives, and benefits carriers.
  • Clearly and professionally explain complex benefits information in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Tackle issues head-on-resolving enrollment errors, claim denials, and other challenges with patience and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
  • Stay organized while juggling multiple tasks, calls, and priorities throughout the day.




Qualifications:



  • A self-starter who works well independently and adapts quickly to change.
  • Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and an excellent listener.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and benefits administration platforms.
  • Knowledge of benefits compliance (FMLA, COBRA, ERISA) preferred.
  • A trustworthy team player with top-notch interpersonal and communication skills.
