Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter new hire data and maintain employee records across multiple HRIS platforms.
  • Run audits and queries to identify data discrepancies; partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports using internal data and external resources to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide timely support for payroll and benefits processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
  • Respond to inquiries related to HRIS data, payroll, and benefits via email with professionalism and clarity.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by managing related data workflows and system entries.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational procedures and assist with audit preparation and operational documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of HR data analytics and insights to improve business performance and employee engagement.
  • Share expertise with team members and provide training or guidance as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data management or HRIS administration preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms; experience with ADP and Oracle a plus.
  • Ability to manage confidential data with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Level B2/B3
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Understanding of payroll and benefits processes in North America.
