Quality Assurance Manager

Pay & Schedule

• $90,000+ per year (Depending on experience) + bonus
• First Shift | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Lead plant-wide quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with the Plant Manager and Director of Quality on quality strategy and execution
• Implement and oversee Statistical Process Control (SPC) and manage CPAR reporting
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and coordinate internal audits
• Manage new product launch feasibility, testing, and quality validation
• Supervise and mentor Quality Technicians and Inspectors
• Travel up to 25%, including international trips, to support customers and projects

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years as a Quality Manager in manufacturing
• Strong expertise in ISO 9001 / TS-16949 standards
• Proven track record in quality control and continuous improvement
• 1-3 years experience in distribution or warehousing operations a plus
