Are you an experienced CNC operator looking for steady work, great pay, and a supportive team? Staffmark is hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Mooresville, NC

Pay: $21 - $24 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3rd Shift: 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities



  • Read and interpret blueprints, charts, and job orders
  • Select cutting tools based on specs and materials
  • Load and operate CNC Lathes and Mills (manual or with hoists, up to 50 lbs)
  • Use shop math to calculate machine settings
  • Load CNC programs and adjust controls as needed
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality



Requirements



  • Experience operating/programming CNC Lathes and Mills
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Steel-toe shoes required
