Staffmark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our internal team of managers and department heads. This on-site position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

1st Shift Available

Pay: $13.00-$14.00/hr

Responsibilities



  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Support managers with reporting, correspondence, and general admin tasks
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors and callers
  • Perform data entry, filing, mail distribution, and other routine office duties
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation and data tracking
  • Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supply inventory
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations



Qualifications



  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (skills test required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
