We're looking for a Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator with AP, AR, Payroll, and inventory experience to become a key player on our dynamic team. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, thrive on accuracy, and love being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly-this role is for you!

Salary: $40,000 -$50,000/yr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:



  • Manage bookkeeping functions including AP, AR, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Handle payroll with precision and confidentiality
  • Support HR onboarding and ensure compliance with best practices
  • Assist with inventory tracking and administrative tasks
  • Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports that drive business success
  • Play a critical role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance




What We're Looking For:



  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting and payroll processing
  • Knowledge of AP/AR, financial reporting, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong multitasking skills and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Commitment to confidentiality and integrity




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bookkeeping or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper, CPA)
  • HRIS/ATS experience and knowledge of HR best practices
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards
