Assembly and Packaging Worker

Staffmark is hiring an Assembly and Packaging Worker in Rogers, AR to support the production of high-quality paper products, laminated sheets, and mounting boards. Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect, sort, and package paper products to meet quality standards
• Operate lamination equipment and apply vegetable-based glue
• Use cutting tools and machines to trim materials to precise sizes
• Perform light assembly tasks including board prep and framing
• Lift and move materials safely (up to 60 lbs)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working with tools and equipment in a production setting
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to read a tape measure is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-minded
