Schedule: 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and Friday 7:00am - 11:00am Pay: $16 - $20/hr. (Based on experience) Purchasing Clerk responsibilities: This role involves reviewing and processing invoices, auditing credit card reports, and managing vendor inquiries and records, including W-9 and 1099 maintenance. Responsibilities also include reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, supporting month-end closing, and maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in line with company policies and accounting standards. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in company purchasing. We have tons of perks!
