Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a growing operation in Napoleon, OH. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations-including manual and automated co-pack lines-while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with food-grade and OSHA standards. Schedules:

1st Shift | 6 AM- 4 PM

3rd Shift | 10 PM-6 AM

Pay: $33/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Supervise warehouse operations, staffing, and performance on assigned shift
  • Lead daily shift meetings and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
  • Maintain labor efficiency, timekeeping, and accurate payroll records
  • Ensure OSHA, food safety, and company policy compliance
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Support customer service levels through strong communication
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members
  • Participate in audits and drive process improvements



What We're Looking For:



  • 3-5 years of warehouse leadership experience (3PL or food-grade preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications a plus
  • Proficient in WMS and RF systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift experience; willing to obtain trainer certification
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime/weekends as needed
  • Must be willing to relocate to Napoleon, OH
