Project Manager - JLL What this job involves:

As a Project Manager, you will develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions with methodology for accomplishing and/or managing goals and objectives while establishing and maintaining project goals and success criteria that meet both JLL and Client needs. You will build and maintain rapport with client representatives and ensure that the scopes of project and outside business forces affecting the project are fully understood with specific deliverables and performance standards. This role involves acting as the primary senior level contact with the client throughout the duration of the project while guiding the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation and signoff.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions
  • Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria that meet both JLL and Client needs
  • Build and maintain rapport with client representatives and ensure project scopes are fully understood
  • Coordinate necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of internal team, project partners, clients and/or end users
  • Develop detailed project budgets based on historical and market data with clearly defined budget assumptions
  • Act as primary senior level contact with the client throughout the duration of the project
  • Guide client and team through design implementation process including all phases of documentation and signoff
  • Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage successful execution within intended time-frames
  • Prepare various RFPs for vendor and contractor services and manage contractor/vendor selection process
  • Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff and stakeholders
  • Manage project performance against schedules, milestones and critical path items on multiple projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution
  • 2-5 years as PM or similar role
  • Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
  • Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders
  • Fully competent at managing all types/sizes of projects
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project
  • Solid listening skills and people skills to build strong relationships with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with complex client assignments and transactions
  • Leadership recognition within specialized areas (i.e. sustainability)
  • Experience with business development and client relationship expansion
  • Knowledge of risk management and liability mitigation
  • Understanding of JLL procedures, methodology and practices
  • Experience contributing to development of new product and service delivery ideas
  • Training and development experience with team members
  • Subject matter expertise for specific products or services

Position will work 4 days per week at client site This is not a virtual or hybrid position Occasional travel as needed
