Pay & Schedule

Pay: $17/hour + $1/hour shift differential (depending on shift)

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, Days, 8 or 10 hours
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, Evenings, 8 or 10 hours
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, Overnights, 8 or 10 hours
• 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, Days, 12 hours
• Training may take place on a different shift

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator at Danfoss, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth production and high-quality output. Daily responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting machinery and performing minor repairs
• Following established production processes for Danfoss products
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, routers, and job instructions
• Applying techniques and procedures to improve products, processes, and services
• Meeting or exceeding quality standards set by customers and facility expectations
• Remaining flexible and shifting between work areas to support delivery goals
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting 5S initiatives
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed

This is an entry-level role-training will be provided!
