Are you a bilingual HR professional with a strong background in payroll, benefits, and employee relations? Staffmark is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator who can confidently support a diverse workforce, manage critical HR functions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for HR support-both on the ground and in collaboration with international teams.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $28.00/hour

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Process payroll accurately using ADP Workforce Now
  • Manage employee benefits, assist with open enrollment, and respond to benefits-related inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and support onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Provide support and guidance to employees in both English and Spanish
  • Act as the Safety Coordinator, ensuring compliance with all site safety standards
  • Collaborate with HR teams at the Mexico facility on shared initiatives
  • Assist with updating employee handbooks, HR documentation, and internal communications
  • Support front desk operations, phones, and general administrative tasks as needed



What You'll Need:



  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 2+ years of HR experience, including payroll and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and trustworthy with confidential information
