We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to be a part of our client's exciting future and fast-growing success!

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $24/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain customer records, process payments (credit cards, wires, ACH, checks), and apply credits.
  • Review open accounts for collections, manage credit limits, and make recommendations on pending orders.
  • Conduct outbound collection calls, resolve payment discrepancies, and address customer inquiries via phone or mail.
  • Process invoices, match with receiving documents, post to accounting system, and send customer statements.
  • Support cross-training on billing tasks and assist with additional projects as assigned.




Qualifications:



  • Associate degree or 4+ years equivalent experience preferred.
  • Accounts Receivable experience required, with knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills, with strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
  • Motivated self-starter, able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work well in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
