Pay & Schedule

Pay: $17.00/hour (1st shift) | $18.00/hour (2nd shift)

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight

Employment Type: Long-term position, with potential for career growth

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be hands-on and active throughout your shift, working as part of a hardworking team. Responsibilities include:

• Lifting baskets of product weighing up to 80 lbs. from a conveyor and stacking them onto dollies, up to 8 baskets high at a steady pace
• Moving completed dollies weighing up to 500 lbs. and pushing them up to 15 feet to the designated area
• Keeping production flow moving efficiently by starting new dollies and maintaining pace at approximately one dolly per minute
• Standing, bending, and stretching for the duration of your shift in a fast-paced environment
• Following all safety guidelines, maintaining work clothes/boots appropriate for a chicken processing plant, and keeping your area clean and organized
