Job Title - Assoc. Digital Lab Banner Ad Specialist Location/Site - Irvine, CA Remote but need to be local to Irvine, CA Contract: 1 year Work shift (days/times) - Mon - Fri ; 8 to 5pm; PST What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position: * 3 year of experience of Banner Marketing Experience creating, building and executing banners * 3+ years of experience with design software and technologies (InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, artificial intelligence, or other facsimile). * Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus. * Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively. * Experience in Pharma preferred but not required. Job Description: The Assoc. Digital Lab Banner Ad Specialist is part of Digital Lab Banner team and will be responsible for supporting and creating iterative banner content for US Commercial marketing teams. Responsibilities include: * Create iterative banner content for A/B tests using the Digital Lab banner platform and technologies, by leveraging existing banners, cloning the existing banners, and building test and learn content to improve our engagement rates. * Proficient in using graphic design tools, media, and/or technologies to create and iterate from a single concept or asset * Experience collaborating with teams to gather feedback and manage design projects that involve multiple iterations and refinements * Update banner inventory for brands to support an enterprise view of all the types of banners and recommend if a new enterprise banner template should be created for all brands to leverage. * Update/maintain banner component inventory for brands. * Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the banner content creation tool to the banner product owner to inform the enhancement roadmap.
