Our client, a global leader in luxury Kitchen & Bath products, is seeking an Associate Creative Director (ACD) to add to their Hospitality & Real Estate Team! In this role, you will create and execute high-impact creative initiatives that elevate the brand presence across digital, print, experiential, and social platforms. This role is critical in shaping the visual and narrative identity of the brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in all creative outputs. The ACD will work in close collaboration with the Marketing team to align creative strategies with campaign goals and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and business objectives. Key Responsibilities
* Lead concept development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and visual identity projects.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional departments to align creative strategies with business goals.
* Prioritize workload across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
* Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and freelancers to deliver best-in-class creative work.
* Oversee creative direction for photo and video shoots, experiential activations, and branded content.
* Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
* Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Deliverables
* Creative campaign concepts and mood boards
* Finalized assets for digital (web, email, social), print (brochures, signage), and environmental branding
* Brand guidelines updates and documentation
* Art direction for photoshoots and video production
* Weekly progress reports and milestone reviews Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital design, and storytelling
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools
* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
