Retail Account Manager

Aquent is partnering with a globally recognized leader in the consumer goods sector to find a highly organized and proactive professional ready to make a significant impact. This vital role is instrumental in directly influencing sales performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and strengthening crucial retailer relationships. You will be at the forefront of managing key accounts, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving strategic growth for a brand celebrated worldwide.

**Responsibilities:**

• Oversee daily operations for retail partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Track and analyze sales performance, including net sales, retail sales, returns, and markdowns, to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage comprehensive logistics, from tracking purchase orders and overseeing shipping to collaborating with relevant internal departments for timely product delivery.
• Develop and create compelling digital content, including images and copy, to enhance online account presence.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational and business challenges, leveraging internal teams and resources effectively.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or retail operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve business problems.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience within a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry.
