Strongbridge has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, experienced Project Manager with a passion for innovation. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including assessment of project issues and development of resolutions to meet schedule, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Candidates must
be clearable for a public trust and be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and have lived in the US for the past 3 years consecutively.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage full lifecycle of complex projects in the area of critical business applications.
  • Daily interaction with customer stakeholders.
  • Management and coordination of one or more Agile development teams.
  • Analyze new and complex program-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the
    schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the program.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables.
  • Provide continuous improvement by re-engineering of processes to ensure quality and efficiency.



Required Skills:



  • At least 10 years relevant experience in project management, overseeing
    development projects using various Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in federal government program/project management.
  • Strong experience planning and managing Agile Sprint cycles using tools such as Jira, etc.
  • Excellent management skills for leading a team of application developers, analysts, system administrators, test engineers, and other positions as assigned.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and meeting management expertise with strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience with executive client facing interaction.
  • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.



Pay Range: $130k - $150k

The posted salary range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
