Innovation Specialist 1

The Innovation Specialist plays a key role in advancing the organization's innovation agenda by exploring emerging technologies, designing and executing experiments, and translating insights into actionable strategies. This role involves collaborating across teams to identify opportunities, lead pilot initiatives, and support the adoption of innovative solutions. Specialists contribute to building a culture of experimentation, develop enablement materials, and help shape organizational readiness for change. They also mentor peers, document best practices, and serve as thought partners in driving digital transformation across the enterprise.

The Innovation Specialist 1 supports research, prototyping, and testing of emerging technologies under guidance from senior staff. Assists with small pilot projects, develops training materials, and helps capture lessons learned from experiments. Documents findings, shares insights, and begins to build familiarity with innovation methodologies, emerging tools, and organizational readiness activities.
