About the Job:

As a Media Planner, you will develop tactical plans and provide data-driven recommendations to meet client objectives, requiring a strong understanding of client brand goals and media channels. You'll manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive successful media strategies, and staying up-to-date on media research and tools to deliver high-quality results.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media plans and campaigns that drive business results for assigned brands.
  • Analyze audience behaviors and media consumption habits to inform media plans and recommend effective tactics and partners.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation, including flowcharts, media buy authorizations, and budgets, to ensure quality assurance and issue escalation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional client service, managing expectations and deliverables, and participating in client and vendor meetings to drive business growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, providing training and guidance to junior team members and ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred), with 1+ year of related media work experience.
  • Competent in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including charts, graphs, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Inquisitive and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to establish a professional demeanor, communicate effectively, and influence others, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's success.
Salary
60000 - 80000
