About the Role:

As a Pricing Analyst, you'll be a key player between Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance-transforming complex data into clear, actionable pricing strategies. You'll own daily profit-performance monitoring, lead strategic initiatives, build predictive models, and continuously improve our tools and workflows.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential in this role. The Profit Analyst will partner with other departments to enable data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement data driven pricing strategies contributing to revenue growth and long-term success.

  • Support the planning and implementation of high-impact pricing initiatives, streamlining processes, and accelerating time-to-market.

  • Review key profit and margin metrics for assigned business units.

  • Identify variances, diagnose root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to design customer and vendor-specific profit plans.

  • Quantify P&L impacts for proposed pricing changes and track performance over time.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline profit-management workflows and implement automation (macros, scripts, BI tools).

  • Present concise findings and recommendations using complex data to support decision making across various departments.

  • Propose enhancements to profit management frameworks, pricing tools, and data sources.

  • Stay current on industry best practices, analytics techniques, and pricing technologies.

  • Support the planning and implementation of high-impact pricing initiatives, streamlining processes and accelerating time-to-market.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in pricing, profit analysis, finance, revenue management, or consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA/macros).

  • Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication-comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

  • Ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Proven skill to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A drive to turn data into clear, actionable narratives because insights only matter when they're easily grasped.

  • A relentless passion to uncover "why" and the conviction to plan "what comes next."

Preferred:

  • Master's or Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL or Python for data extraction and modeling.

  • Familiarity with ERP or pricing platforms

  • Demonstrated track record of process improvement or automation projects.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional overtime or non-standard hours as needed.

  • Professional office environment.

  • Some travel required.

  • Hybrid work model: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week. Flexibility may vary based on business needs and changes.
